FAMILY
In April of 1973 she married, Alfred A. Moten; her friend and supporter. She is the mother of four children plus and four wonderful grandchildren. She enjoys writing stories, answering letters to her writing ministry, talking, listening, interacting with young children and youth, conducting workshops/seminars and most of all spending quality time with her husband and family.
MINISTRY
Mrs. Moten is the CEO/Founder of two support ministries: Teens Let It Out and the Single and Married Moms (SAMM) Ministry. Eugenia’s education/training/credentials is in the following areas: B.S. in Business Administration, Certified Life Coach, Family Development Credentials (FDC), Family Coach, Family Group Conference and Family Finding. She deals with the healing of the whole family. She is a Certified writer through the Institute of Children’s Literature in the area for “Creating, Writing and Selling Stories” for Children and Teenagers.

2011 - 2017 – Keystone Autism Services – Therapeutic Support Services
Provided one on one mental health therapeutic support for at risk children in the school and in the home. Support services included but not limited to behavior modification, reinforcements and teaching coping strategies, emotional support and interventions.
2006 - 2011 – New Beginning Youth and Adult Services – Family Coach
Provided services to youth that aged out of the Foster Care System from 18-25. As a Family Coach, responsibilities included but not limited to improving communication skills, ability to make decisions, time management and improve day to day living. Also taught the youth how to set goals and to help them come up with strategies to reach their goals as well as keep them accountable.
1973 - 2005 – Commonwealth of Pennsylvania – worked for 30 plus years throughout the Department of Agriculture; promoted five times. Final position: Management/ Supervisor.
1994 to present – CEO/Founder of Teens Let It Out Ministry. A support group for teenagers, college students and college graduates to gather together to discuss and support each other with life issues. Conduct workshops/sessions on etiquette, mannerism and how to conduct oneself in an interview and public appearance.
2006 to present – CEO/Founder of SAMM (Single and Married Moms Ministry). Support
group for married and single mothers to come together to discuss family issues and concerns.

Eugenia Moten is a very viable force in the community ministering especially to youth wherever an opportunity presents itself. For twenty-five years she served as a Girl Scout Leader for Hemlock Girls Scout Council for the Cadet/Senior age level. In 1999 she started ministering weekly at the Schaffner Youth Detention Center. Eugenia is the founder of the "Teens Let It Out" Ministry that was established in 1994. The ministry started out as a writing and support group for teenagers and college student who needed spiritual advice, suggestions and solutions to problems. As the ministry grew, Teens Let It Out started conducting sessions on etiquette, manners and how to dress for interviews and public appearance. Eugenia is also the founder of Single and Married Moms (SAMM) Ministry, a support group for mothers of all ages. The group serves as an outlet for mothers (single and married) to discuss and share the ups and downs of motherhood. She specializes in and deals with the healing of the whole family. Eugenia has been participating, volunteering and involved in the Community since 1977.
CHURCH INVOLVEMENT
Eugenia is a member of the Shiloh Church of God in Christ since 1976. She is active in numerous church organizations. Sunday School Teacher, Children’s Choir Director, Mission Board, Prayer Group Mother, Church Mother, and she serves on the Evangelist/ Missionary Board. Eugenia assists her husband in two ministries: Pastoral Care Ministry and she is the Co-Director for Vacation Bible School. She serves faithfully in different capacities in the Church of God in Christ Sunday School Department. District level Field Worker: State level Dean for the Commonwealth Jurisdiction where she prepares and conducts workshops and seminars on how to be an effective teacher and worker in the Sunday School. On the National level, she worked with the International Sunday School during the Church of God in Christ AIM Convention.
